Phoned Mtn in February to ensure that the termination of my contract at the end of February would end smoothly. They insisted that they can't help me and that I have to phone them back in March to cancel (after the contract should have expired automatically).
Phoned Mtn in March and cancelled the contract.
I contacted Mtn again, twice, to make sure that my contract was cancelled.
Mtn has now billed me again for April.
I am so sick of this company's pathetic technical failures that I can only advise no one else sign up with Mtn.
