Its almost 1.5 months and no one from Vodacom has ever called me regarding the refund. the only thing I received is an sms but no detail of the breakdown of the refund. Hence still nothing credited to my account.

As far as I was told a pro-rata refund would also be done for the data for the two months as it was Vodacom's fault for not deleting it off my package.

the refund I am awaiting is for the sms bundle and the pro rata for data bundle for the two months...
Vodacom is just useless!!!
