Cell C
Cell C have no service!!!

I reported that my handset was damaged. And i want to claim from my cell c insurance. After waiting - 10min on hold my call was ansswerd. forms was send to me and returned via fax &; email with in an hour. Its now 3 days later and still no reply from cell c. Cant get thrue to the call center and if you do and complain they say hold for trancfer and cut you off.
