Waiting waiting bad service cell c & C Cover!!!

I had reported my Cell Phone lost on the 1 March 2013 to customer services of Cell C and they blacklisted the cell and etc. I then was inform to complete a incident form and send to them. This was done. I got a call from C Cover after several attempt to try to get in contact with C Cover, where by you get place on hold via the Cel C cust service for them and you wait 45 min to 1 hour or more and if you are lucky you get them and still can't even give you any guarantees from them. I was given a number by a consultant in Jhb. number not in use! she told me she could not put me thru. Previously after holding on, sms and mailing customer servicesII was told i have to phone 084 140!!! I have since then tried to get in contact with Cell but just being place on hold for the insurance dept. and waiting hours for no one to answer! I am about to renew one of my 3 contracts but why should I WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INSURANCE PROMISES!!!
