Not receiving SMS/OTP

Since porting from MTN to Cell C to Vodacom I no longer receive sms from FNB (OTP's and inContact)
According to Vodacom and Cell C technical investigations MTN must send the SRI to Vodacom not Cell C.
I have contacted MTN telephonicly several times and been on hold for over an hour at times. I have also email [Email Removed] several times and someone in the call call center emailed them too.

The most I got was Reference: 7407675 from Irvin and a promise to be contacted once resolved but no one has ever contacted me.

Another ref 719942576 when speaking to Linda on 2013/13/03
She just mailed PST and I heard nothing.
