CELL C FAILURE

Cell C firstly failed to meet the levels of the competition and did not launch the Nokaia Lumnia 920 at the same time as Vodacom and MTN. I reported in at the Cell C store in Canal Walk and they said they would order one. 5 weeks went by only for me to be told that they were not sure if their head-office even had ordered or had any stock. At this point int iem Cell C are advertising a R399 package for a Nokia Lumnia 920. How is it that they are allowed to advertise a product of which they have never had stock. I have also been to Cell C in the Waterfront who promised to call me after 24hrs. Its been 4 days and no call. I had Cell C direct call em telling me I am due for an upgrade and advised them that I could not upgrade because I was waiting on a Nokia 920. A supervisor was supposed to call after 24 hours. 4 days later and no call. I logged a complain on the Cell C website. More than 48hrs now and no reply. Please help.
