Got called on Thursday the 28/03/2013 and was told I could upgrade so went through the whole process and eventually got told the new handset will be delivered by Wednesday 3/4/2013 but my main issue is not that the delivery is a day late already but rather that I got sent no confirmation about the upgrade and even after phoning MTN 808 support they can't see that an upgrade has been done on their system because it might have been done from one of their affiliates..Is there no internal sharing of data between the affiliates and MTN? Now I have no reference number or any documentation that was supposed to be emailed to me after the phone call for this "upgrade" done on Thursday and I can't request another (because I might end up with 2 handsets). I want MTN to tell me what's going on regarding this matter. The number I was phoned from is 083 011 0200
