Verbal abuse after Hellopeter complaint

I am beyond shocked at the level of service and unprofessionalism I have experienced from Vodacom recently. At least when I call the call centre, the consultants are always polite, professional & sort my issues out promptly. But the Vodacom store in Sandton upper level is just a SHOCKING story! After posting a complaint a few days ago about their store consultant (Sibusiso) who was extremelly unprofessional, the "so-called manager" calls me and verbally abuses me for posting a complaint about "his store" This VERY rude man sounded furious and literally told me "How dare I call him and his staff unprofessional? " I was caught completely by surprise as I was expecting an apology at least. But wow..What kind of a "Mickey-Mouse" operation is Vodacom running at their Vodashops? Is this how you train your "managers" to deal with unhappy customers? Verbally abuse them for shedding light on their rotten service? Question is, what is going to be done about this, because I am not taking this behaviour and "service" lightly? Kindly listen to that call, if recored, to shed some light. I will definitely think twice before ever taking on any additional contracts or services with you guys! Wow!!
