No Response after 4 e-mails send

Have send request to Telkom via e-mail to help with cancellation of telephone lines and have not had any response after sending 3 e-mails once a week. I also went into the Telkom Office in Alberton City and was told that we have to do this over the e-mail as they cannot help us!!!
