RESPONSE FOR BROKEN CONTRACT PHONE

Our small SMME has gone into contract with Telkom/8ta with 2 Blackbery9900 in about May/June 2012.

In October the phone was faulty and we reported it. We could not find the original purchase doc and was advised by Julie Carelse (telkom Bellville) that they will find it and come back to us. Too date our phone is still out of order and after numerous e-mails, NO RESPONSE.

When ii send her the mails, i can see that the mail was read... and when I try to phone nver available or no answer...

This is the WORST customer service I have ever experience.r

I sincerely hope that somebody at Telkom reads this and at the very least try to assist me as i am completely hopeless. We are currently using an old phone.
