I started using iBurst in August 2012 and since then i have had endless problems. Firstly the CD to install the application was blank, when I finally got through to them after about 3 hrs of trying and using up all my airtime and having to buy more, I was told by the very rude person on the help desk to go buy even more airtime and use that to download the the installation from the internet using my cell phone. They finally sent me a new CD after I got through to someone the next morning in their sales department.
Since using Iburst they have been down with no explanations at least once a month, they do not reply to any emails sent to the help desk and I have not been able to get through to the help desk at all to get any assistance.
It seems that iburst is only interested in you taking out a subscriptions but are not all interested in after sales service. Once my 2 year contract is up I will not be renewing the contract. i would rather pay more with Vodacom but at least then I will get help when it is needed!
I wonder if Iburst even bothers to repond to all the complaints about them on this site!
