My service is currently suspended and when i called in yesterday they said its because of rejected debit order.
It is very strange because all my payments are up to date and have my current statement to proof it.
i called this morning i was told to speak to the pre legal department and they only start at 8:30

I called them at 8:30 and spoke to some rude lady who said she cant pick up my cell number or ID number on their system and had to repeat my details 6 times because obviously she was not writing them dow.
she kept me on hold for 15 minutes without even letting me know why then she hung up.

i called again and spoke to another consultant who also blind tranferd me to some department who had no clue about my querey, i spoke to Kenny, Charmaine, Jimmy Nono and many more but still could not be helped.

They also fail/ refuse to put me through to a superior for escalation. My number is still suspended and still dont know why because im not getting help.

Spend an hour on the phone but still not helped because their transfffering me from 1 department to the other.

Im so angry and very dissapointed right now, the consultants are not professional.
