NO ANSWER WHEN CALLING LEGAL DEPARTMENT

Can someone from Cell C legal department please call me. I would like to cancel my contract and make arrangements to pay off my balance that is still on the account. I have tried 3 times this morning to call, and i held on the line for 15 min each time.
