I have made several attempts to get my bad reception problem sorted out but to no avail. I understand that working a in a Call Centre is difficult because I work in one too but surely understanding a complaint is one of the basics of any support agent. Phoning a person that has complained about a problem with reception and then closing the case because of not getting through is idiotic. I specified email contact There is a a definite problem with reception not just at my work but at home. It's beyond frustrating trying to make a call and getting a no service error. Cell C sent someone to check on the reception but they alleged that the reception was adequate. But how on Earth can they say that when the reception is not just bad on my phone but also on my wife's phone? I just want the problem resolved. For whatever technical or other reasons at the end of the day I am not getting what I am paying for. Loss of signal and reception now and again is expected but... most of the time?!!! I have heard many people complain about Cell C reception recently. I have stuck with Cell C over a decade because of all the operators at least I got some sort of satisfactifaction. Not anymore
