Pathetic Service, still no phone

Good day,

Today is the 3rd April, and I have still not received my phone that was sent in for repairs on the 6th March already, 5 weeks later. Please can someone let me know what is happening?

There is one thing that I can assure Cell C of, is that word of mouth is a powerful tool, and I will not recommend Cell C to anyone, and will definitely let everyone know about the pathetic service I have received from Cell C.

What a useless company.
