Blanche finally contacted me on 15/01/2014 at 14:15 with regard to my previous complaint (after a SMS on 03/01/2014 that Cell C received my query). She promised that she will go to IT to sort my problem out and contact me within 30 minutes. I am still waiting. It is more that 2 months (12/12/2013) since Cell C disconnected my 1 year data package and I am still waiting. Can I request a refund on the data that I had to purchase since 12/12/2013 (obviously not from Cell C)? What happens to the almost 2 1/2 months that I did not get the service (LTE launch 100 GB / 1 year) from Cell C?
