Waiting forever to get application processed

Its been almost two weeks that I've been waiting for my application to be processed. On saturday the 23 of march I went to mtn thabazimbi to apply for a uncapped lite internet dongle. After numerous visits to their shop they only had excuses. They emailed the contract to me last thursday, because their printer was faulty apparently. I signed it and took it back to their shop. I went there twice on thursday the 28th and everytime I was told that its not 5 o clock yet. I went at for only to hear all the places are closed. I again went there yesterday and found out that the scanner isn't workin so they had done NOTHING to process my account. So if I knew it would've taken this long I would've gone to another SP. Very disappointing service!
