Empty Promises

I would like to complain about the company to me, they phoned numerous times me asking to take up a loan with them and all i need to do is to pay R350 into their account and they will be able to process my application and its a definite thing all i need to do is send through all the required documents. after considering the offer i then decided to take it up and allowed them to debit my account for that particular amount thats needed to process my application. on the 14th may 2013 i emailed [Email Removed] tell nr: 0871507380 through all the required documents. Sade confirmed that she got all the documents and they will be process my application and will have a feedback by Thursday 16th May 2013 and they never bothered to phone me back with the respond and on Friday there was nothing again, i then decided to contact them today for a feedback. they claimed that an sms was sent through to me on Thursday the 16th and i never received any sms from them. The outcome was apparently my application has been declined and yet when they phoned me they promised me it was a definite thing as long as i paid what is required. so i feel betrayed by the company. i want my money back
