I signed a new contract at the Vodacom store in Norwood Mall with Cynthia Nkosi
I moved from blackberry to Samsung Galaxy S3
I requested a data package over a 24 month process for a total of a R 945 rand as when i travel to Durban or Cape Town, i will need to download email etc
I explained this need very clearly to Cynthia who advised me that this would suffice and so i left very happy with my new phone and my data paid up front
The sad reality here is that for the last 4 months this has been loaded at R 945.00 monthly not as i requested,
i went to the shop to query this and found a lying Cynthia who said i requested this package because i was going overseas and needed this, and when i return i would come and remove it.
I went to Mozambique in December for 8 days and had no need for data please check the usage from the 27th of December through 02 January
Please check all my History i have never required all this Data and i feel extremely aggrieved at the fact that this was sold to me under false pretences and i was blatantly to by this employee.
I asked to speak to the manager her was not available nor on Cell phone i have been stuffed around and to what a company
