No ADSL replacement routers available

We have been without a router for our business for three weeks. Telkom have no routers in stock and we keep being told that they are getting more stock in that week and that they will contact us. There are still no routers.
Also our fault logged on their website was ignored for two weeks and now we receive an email saying that the fault is resolved. It is not resolved, but if we try to reply to the email it comes back undeliverable.
I phoned Telkom faults and they say I must go to Incredible Connection and buy one as they dont know what to do and can only refer me back to the Telkom business branch which has already ignored my problem.
