FAILURE OF DEBIT ORDER TO GO OFF

I bought some goods in January this year @ the Menlyn Branch and debit order established to be going off in March; surprisingly it didn't go off. I was there and was told to pay in cash into the account directly by one of the finance manager who called the head office that the debit order will go off first of March. I did pay the cash directly and my account was debited again which I had to go and reverse @ my bank.
This is April the 15th, my account is yet to be debited but I however got a text message from HI Fi that my account is in arrears.
I have been to Hi Fi coorporation 7 times over this issue and had also called the head office with no sigificant solutions; infact, I was told I am not even on their system despite confirmation @ Menlyn that I've sorted out march payment.
I don't a bad credit order and will really appreciate if this whole saga can be resolved ASAP for me.
