3G Network down in Jeffreys Bay - Ou Dorp

I've been struggling to connect on the internet again since MTN 3G network went down before the 1st of April in Jeffreys Bay - Ou Dorp region. This is no April Fool's joke.

I can't connect with my Modem or Cellphone, only connection which I can use is EDGE which is useless.
I've called the call center and after a few diverts I managed to get it reported -

Stil no 3G and it frustrates me, cause seems like MTN is doing nothing to fix the problem.
Although Jeffreys Bay should be one of their most important servicing points due to people coming and going through J-Bay and using 3G to continue their important online business ect.

I feel MTN is not seeing to it to fix this problem and am over the EDGE of frustration

See to it to get this fixed cause VODACOM 3G runs absolutely fine in this area - I have migrated from Vodacom to MTN to receive better service and now this turns up to be my greatest problem while on a 2 week vacation.
