New 3G USB modem keeps changing the network type

Good day,

I recently bought a new 3G USB Vodafone Modem at CNA yesterday. Last night, I've been trying to connect to the internet on time, but every time the network type changes from HSPA or something to EDGE then back to HSPA as i discovered that the website is not loading properly, it has stopped loading the website when it changes to EDGE, and no response on EDGE, when it changes to HSPA then it loaded properly. It happens EVERY 4-5 minutes (Been waiting for every 5 minutes). I went to the vodacom shop last week or so, about the same issues on my both cellphones (Nokia and Blackberry) the lady said that they are busy setting up a new 3G network in Pinelands and should be ready in Feb 2014.

Should they wish to contact my mobile phone number, please ensure that they should send an SMS to me because I am deaf. Sorry, I've been frustrating for a long time, no internet access here (in Pinelands) for 3 years so that's why I wanted to buy a new 3G USB modem. 3G network need to be online forever in Pinelands (non-stop)
