I upgraded to the new Unlimited package, with the idea that perhaps with the new service the Customer service will improve. To quote the add: "Expert Support, We will set up your smartphone.."
The lady that sold me the contract was on leave and I went to pick up my new Iphone 5, 64gig, after waiting 2 weeks for stock.

I walk in and ask for the phone. A very rude man eventually "assists" by fetching the phone. Pushing it in my hand and off he goes. On asking what about the help as promised by his colleague, the simple answer: "go to gateway." So much for all the paper promises.

I there and then, gave back the phone and walked out.
That is not the end. I went to my home shop (Ballito). They were even less interested in helping me as soon as they heard that someone had process my Upgrade. So much for that (and their posters on the wall)

I want to publicly state that people should watch out for all the paper add promises Vodacom makes. Their shops have no interest in providing service.
I even logged a call, sms says 24 hour response. Still nothing, 4 days later

Your customer of 14 years, needs to review the way he gets treated by the new Vodacom. Service is no longer!
