Pre-paid voucher doesn't work!

Where to start...! Well bought a R100.00 and a R50.00 8ta pre-paid voucher at CNA Vaal Mall. Tried the R100.00 and show invalid. Great... try the R50.00 voucher and it works, tried the R100.00 again and still invalid and for the 3rd time invalid again! So I called 8ta call centre. Consultant said go back to CNA so they can re-issue another voucher. Got there, they called the call centre and said the number is on the black list for pre-paid seeing that I put it in 3 times so I must wait for 3 hours for the black listing to be lifted. So the waiting and parrot game started. Wait 3 hours, call the call centre and the consultants, "Parrots" I call them cause they all say the same and nothing get done or sorted out, keep on telling me the same thing over and over... wait 3 hours and still after that nothing!!! I bought the voucher on Saturday about 11:40 and since then nothing was done! They even asked me to mms a picture of the voucher where they will call me on Monday... and STILL NOTHING! So I talked to 8 consultants of which I can only remember the following names: Kagiso, Amanda, Claudia, Tekneesa and Nompumelelo. So what now???
