False advice lead to incorrect change of call plan

Today I made a final attempt (5th time) to 8ta Call Centre to complain about a prepaid billing error. My prepaid number with 8ta is 0817506592.

I purchased this mobile voice service on a "free minutes on incomming calls" plan. Within the first months, the plan worked without problems. In a certain month no free minutes was given, even when I did receive calls.

I made a first call to the Call Centre to complain about this. The attendant advised that I need to switch to the "8ta more" plan. This was false and incorrect advice. I used the method she explained and performed the required steps.

After 1 month, I stll did not receive any "free minutes". I called again to the Call Centre when I was advised that I should not have switched to "8ta more". Also, that it is impossible to switch back to the plan of receiveing free minutes. I have made several complaints, and it is understood that the error was made on the side of the first 8ta call attendant. Many calls was made after this. Also promises to return calls were not honoured.

My final attempt, thus, was on 2013-04-02 at about 11:35am when I was transfered to the Manager Colin Mashego who was unwilling to revert the plan.
