8ta needs to pull up their socks!!!

Bought 8ta a year ago and worked fine. 8ta upgraded network in a few weeks back and lost almost 90% of the network! I have a received a reference number on 11 March 2013 - 4152162. Still have seen no technician?

Cannot send mail, surf the web etc etc etc. SERVICE FROM 8TA or are you taking a dive like TELKOM???
