Terrible signal

Good day. i have 3 contract phones.two is for phone calls. one is for my modem. i pay almost R1000 per month for this service. i can barely enjoy these services as where im staying i can barely get a signal and have to walk outside to receive a decent signal. the security at gate normally phones the cell numbers if we have visitors.lots of the time i do not receive their call due to no signal. can mtn do something about this please. im currently staying at acacia greenstone, emerald blvd.thanks
