Waste of time!

Attempted to phone call centre, go through the whole annoying rigmarole of pressing 1 for this and 5 for that, only to be told all the lines are busy and then the call gets cut?! I'd rather stay on hold than constantly wasting my time pressing buttons only to be hung up on every time! If your offices are closed - SAY SO! Don't tell me the lines are busy if they're not... I've got an urgent problem that needs fixing and MTN does not seem willing to help. (02-04-2013 not 01-04-2013)
