Given incorrect information

I reported a phone and it was not approved because of them giving me different mixed information .i bought a phone through them was told i can only insure it telephonically i did as requested and was told its effective immidiately and that i will be charged month end .. ohk i was happy until my phone got lost i call to block the phone as per cellc's procedure and then i got no response until i forwarded the matter to hellopeter then i was assisted by blance who said i have no insurance and there is no prove of application and no payment received therefore i my insurance claim was declined i pleaded my no mercy... im in this situation because of them giving me incorrect information now i have no phone and am expected to pay in full monthly no i cant coz even blance who tried to help gave another information that i was supposed to submit a form for c.cover application they keep giving information but am still to suffer for getting partial infor from then they were not helpfull and theyre incompetent...
