4 e-mails, phone calls, Still no response

On 6 March we sent a request to get our Business phone reconnected along with Id letterhead etc as per e-mail ref #6323314, due to Mtn incorrect billing we paid the amounts due as per Mtn, which were incorrect and we were cut off because of this. We made arrangements (above request) to get reconnected. Nothing happened, Send the same request again on 8 March, Nothing yet again, on 11 March Maphefo Mthombeni asked Lebogang Sekhwela to deal with this, Nothing happened.14 March sent this request again when Maphefo Mthombeni informed me not to cc business at mtn with this request.

22March sent mail again stating that this is pathetic service. No one has had the decency to call, it is now almost a whole month and NOT ONE Person came back to us or phoned us. This is really really Pathetic and the worst service ever experienced by us from any company. Maybe someone will respond to this, NOT LIKELY

We have not been able to use this phone for business, this reflects badly on us, EVEN WORSE ON MTN
