Since November 2012 I have requested Telkom (Eric Malgas) to downgrade my system and transfer the system into a new owner name as the business was sold, afer numerous emails and phone calls to Eric the documentation had still not been completed. I then fornd out that the new owner had closed the business and left the Telkom account in my name. Since Feb 2013 I have met With Eric Malgas and his Manager Irifaan Ismail to have the problem sorted out, They have the signed change of ownership and a signed Last page of the agreement, because the new owner did not initial all the pages the responsibility stays with me even after many promises that Eric Malgas will get the rest of the docs signed. Now the Telkom equipment is still in an empty office which I have no access and even though I have requested it to be removed that has not been done, nor has my written request been collected. I am at my wits end, thinking complaining to a manager will spark some sort of decent service, I am forced to see a lawyer and put my complaint in writing to the public protector / ombudsman. Telkom must learn to take responsibility fpor there actions and lack of service. i wish this space was bigge
