I applied for a new business line for our company in November last year, signed the contract, paid the required amount. First technician came out walked around and left without telling us what the status was. I had to phone Telkom and they said that a new Technician will come as they technician who were here could not find the telkom box> Next Technician came put in a new wire in the roof and left to connect it, but never returned. I phoned Telkom again, call centre said that they are waiting for a cable to be installed - so we waited. After a few days I phoned to lay a complained and was told by Juane Crossman that I need to wait until Raymond can install the cable. This was in December already and I needed to do salaries - I was advised by Telkom to make alternative arrangements to do salaries. Raymond revered me to Baldwin the manager for the Technicians. Baldwin send out Eric, Eric came and left as he needed to pull a new line, he never returned. So they send Izak, Izak wanted to pull the line but one of the companies was still close for the holidays and he could not finish, he never returned. So they send Ricky, Ricky came and never returned. Now I revered to Gerrie.
