I tried to cancel my contract on Saturday (30/03/2013) as this was the last day of the 24 month period.
I went in to the nearest store and they informed me that the Cancellation department only work Monday-Friday, and that Monday (01/04/2013) was a public holiday so I should call on Tuesday (02/04/2013) which I did.
The lady from the Cancellation department informed me that since it was the beginning of a new month I would have to pay for the entire month of April, which I have not budgeted for.
I've tried asking the call centre agents to try and assist me with this, but they cannot.
Is it my fault, can you assist?
