I dispute having had any contact with you for a period in excess of 5 years, and I have been advised that as such the debt HAS in fact prescribed. No invoices or communication has been received or made with me. I have been advised that you are possibly trying to use bully-tactics in which to receive payment on the account, which is illegal practice on your behalf. Should I continue to receive threatening emails, sms's or phone calls I will be taking this matter further.
