I understand this part:
Amounts accumulated over and above this amount will be forfeited. In essence this means that customers can keep your airtime indefinitely; however the balance at any given time cannot exceed a maximum of 5 times the fixed monthly subscription amount.
This means that if you are currently subscribed to our:
Family Top Up or Top Up Lite packages, you will be able to accumulate
5 x R135.00 = R675.00.
Business Top Up tariff package, you will be able to accumulate
5 x R315.00 = R1575.00.

BUT I only have R236 on the phone even she sms you send me reads:
" Your airtime balance is R236 of wich R1897 relates to subsction. You may only accumulate R1575. You will forfeit R322 if not used before 1Jan13."

so you say I have R236 airtime and R1897 relates to my subscription so you are going to subtract R322 from the R315 airtime I paying for How does this work this is MY 3de complaint 1 on 111 and 2 hear
