I am so disappointed, I could scream. First of all Iburst deducts money from my account every month, even though we not set up properly yet. We requested they change our line into a data line and still nothing has been done about it. As a result we are paying for data we are not using. So I call in to terminate and get told by Dudu, who was not very helpful that I will be charged a 25% fee for cancellation. What a nerve. if they had responded to their mails and offered the service they are supposed to this would not be hapening. I am well aware of the consumer act and know full well that if I am not getting what was agreed to I have full right to cancel. So I will be reporting this to NCA, I will also be putting a stop order on my account so you no longer take my hard earned money for nothing. I called twice, only to hear stupi music playing in the background but nobody to help. Iburst I must say I am well aware south africa's service levels are low, but yours are an all time low. Shocked and disappointed but you will not be taking my money anymore.
