More than one month and query still not resolved

On the 11 December my husband received a sms saying he has 1 day (24 hrs) internet data free download. Following the prompts he loaded his "free" 1 day data bundle from mtn, & then proceed on the 11 dec to downloads some apps onto his phone. I later received a "courtesy" call from autopage saying my account was already standing of R2700 & counting, now R4000. was I aware. I investigated & found that the data for my "free" 1 day was billed directly to my bill. I phoned autopage they checked & said yes they could see the sms & that the data for the 11 december was not supposed to be billed. They gave a reference & promised to call me the following day. One week later, no call, I called them again, they said my reference no was not logged and would definately log it that day, they gave me a new reference and promised to phone me the following day. One week later I phoned them again, they advised with the holidays in between they were working on it & would phone me on the Monday in January 2013. Still no call, I now phone them every two days, they now are apparently waiting for MTN, but would keep me up to date via sms, still no sms... but they will debit my acc month end with R4000
