On the 17th of March i bought 2 blackberry 9380's for myself and my daughter at totalsports Ni city. Mine started giving problems in the first week so i contacted them and they advised me to bring it in so that they can send it away for repairs - i mean really - 1 week old?? These phones cost R2899 each so its NOT cheap. With my luck the car broke down and i only made it this afternoon to totalsports. Came there they told me to go directly to mtn which was funny cause i bought it by them, but i went anyway cause im sitting with a problematic phone, and it is afterall a mtn network. After standing in line for almost a freakin hour rushana told me its NOT their problem cause i didnt buy it there and i need to take it back to totalsports. So really off now i went back to totalsports and they tried to phone the mtn customer service but to no avail. Looks like no one knows what to do with a problematic phone. Totalsports was much more helpfull than mtn but im still sitting with the phone. Totalsports said to bring it back tomorrow cause today is a public holiday. Where do i go from here?? And why must i send it in for repair?? 2 weeks old?? Im very dissapointed...
