False Advertising and Bad Attitude

On wednesday the 13th of March 2013 me and my husband went to totalsports to buy gym clothes and as he is a member of vigin active he wanted that 20% discount that is advertised at totalsports and before buying we asked the saleslady that was assisting us if that special is still running and she said YES and was very helpfull in helping choose the clothes that we wanted, the right sizes and all and we went to pay and gave the cashier who was very unfriendly by the name of LOUISA the gym membership card and we left as it was almost closing time and when we got home my husband noticed that we were not given the 20% discount so today we went back and we were told that the special is over and we will not be getting the discount as we did not give the lady the gym card and we know we did, Totalsports can even go to their cameras and the lady today said the special is over we can return everything if we want. that is wrong and we are going to tell everyone we know not to buy from totalsports if this does not get rectified and this lady needs to get her act together otherwise you will lose customers.
