First of all, you are marketing geniuses. That being said, shame on you! I was so excited about being upgraded to a 10Mb product, I could not contain myself. When I got curious about when it was going to happen, your twitter handler aided me in realising the answer is "Never".

You are not upgrading your bundled users, thanks for singling us out (and in essence discriminating against us).

You are upgrading data portion only, so guys on 1Mb, 2Mb and 10Mb lines have NOTHING to look forward to for FREE, as their lines match their data speed, upgrading the data speed holds no benefit.

And lastly, you state that prices of the #BigSummerScoop may (or may not) be revised in January 2014. So, effectively, you are upgrading everyone (except bundled and business users) for "FREE", so you can start charging them (or not) for the upgrade in January 2014.

Like I said, marketing GENIUS. Too bad you will lose clients. As per my previous report, which was a compliment, I believed you to be different / better than MWEB. Beginning to wonder...
