Axxess dsl down again

Axxess down again. Been frustrated with Axxess dsl as an ISP yesterday 31-03 and today. Router sync's and shows connected but does not connect any where externally and no external ip. Phoned in after eventually getting through been told authentication problem and there is a backlog on authentication. i must continuously restart router. The control panel website for client log in don't bother it just hangs there.is this the type of service you provide.how long will this problem take to be resolved no one can say.they never tell the truth and give no ETR.to repair-resolve. As a new client your service is poor, even Telkom!!! is better as an ISP. It's just a matter of time before I decide to move to another ISP? how long will this take?
