Never go for Axxess hosting!!

Ive been a long time user of axxess and ive never really had any issue with them. Up until recently i decided to take up hosting with Axxess as both my ADSL and line is with them. That was the WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! I applied for Hosting on the 1st of November 2013 and during this month my website went down 3 time!! which is unacceptable!!! You guys are quick to take my money but offer NO SUPPORT FOR HOSTING ON WEEKENDS WHICH I CANT BELIEVE!!! I had to wait until Monday 8am to have my issue resolved!! And Surprise surprise my website is down again tonight 12/01/14 and there is nothing your call center can do to help me!!! Ive asked so many time to speak to a Manager resolving my issue but they never seems to be available and never return my calls!

I want answers AXXESS!!!
