Meryl you are a real asset to that store you were calm and didn't once badmouth the person who messed up, u just sorted his mess out. Thank you really appreciate it. Also special thanks to Bheki Ntebe from the call centre from removing the rica block on my account. After 2 other agents promised to do so and failed.
