NO response from Vodacom re corruption on account

After Vodacom informed me of unusual high usage on 1 of my numbers - (a sim card which I was NOT even using) I said that I refuse to pay that bill for the following reasons: 1. They SAID / STATED telephonically that they know it was not me. 2. The person who has the modem IS liable for the account - but they can not trace the person - so I have to pay. If they can not trace the person why do you have to present your ID and proof of residence when purchasing a sim / modem? And furthermore - they can trace the sim which will lead them to the area (modem). I can't believe that Vodacom TELLS me they can see it wasn't me but I have to pay? I don't even use up my 3gig contract per month. So I have to pay for corruption - WHICH VODACOM ADMITTED it was. I was asked to send through all my sim card's serial numbers - which I have done. Vodacom said they will bring the bill of R24000 down to R6000. The next day I was told they will bring it down to R4000. Since then I have heard nothing from Vodacom. I only received an sms this morning saying my R26000 bill has not been paid - which means they have not even changed the amount to R4000 as they said (which I still did not agree with).
