I have tried 7 months now to sort out a USB stick billing on my account that I do not have. After getting the USB stick sorted in January 2013 Cell C kep on billing for the USB stick in Feb. Moving down to Malmesbury middel February Cell C agreed that there is no signal in this area and agreed to cancel the account on 6 March. Surprise - again Cell C billed me for all the data and the blerrie USB stick at the end of March.

Can nobody in that company keep their word, do what they suppose to and just sort out one account? I am so sick and tired of trying to contact anybody, tired of emailing evidence, giving reference numbers that no one can pick up on their systems etc.

If I can warn anybody out there - dont make any deal with Cell C. I only have receiced trouble trouble and more trouble with their staff members not knowing their products, promising you things that they cannot deliver and sorting out an account!
