I canceled my account for a data stick in sept 2012 after being billed R700.00 for the fasted download on earth 5.6gb in 10 seconds. i went to Alberton city branch after cell c cut my connection they could not sort the problem out so i had them cancel the stick. till today they haven't yet stopped there stop order on inquiry they just say that all records pertaining to my account before DEC 2012 are gone therefor i have no claim for any refund of my worlds fasted download. LOOK out with CELL C
