False advertising

I've had no good response from Afrihost regarding their shaping policy on uncapped accounts. After a lot of complaining in February 2013 they offered me a discounted rate for the month and furthermore Afrihost announced that they have acquired additional capacity and would therefore unshape their uncapped accounts as per this article [URL Removed] . This actually happened for 2.5 weeks and then guess what? The shaping policy was implemented again. Again only generic answers and unanswered e-mails that was sent to the CEO, Gian of Afrihost.
This is the absolute worst case of false advertising and I expect that I now get an unshaped uncapped account as per this article.
