False advertising

I have a 4mb (Capable of 400k downloads) uncapped account with Afrihost. I have spent the past two week trying to resolve why they have throttled me to a maximun of 25k speeds on http downloads. They are very quick to point out they are the no 1 isp and people are downloading over 700gb in a month but when a customer reaches a fraction of this download they are throttled under the fair use policy. There is always some excuse but frankly afrihost your service is disgusting, to advertise that people are downloading in some cases over 1000Gb on your own site and then throttle people like this is very definitely FALSE ADVERTISING and needs to be investigated as to why these bad practices are allowed to continue.
