I am appalled at the service and the outrages monies being debited from my account. I rcently bought a Samsung Tab and a Pocket and my contract is that R350. To my suprise, the first debit order was over R1500 and my second debit order is over R2000. Should I mention that firstly getting my phones registered on the network was a nightmare, whereby one is still not registered for some reason not known to me. I called the call center and was assisted to put in the sim cards in their respective phones and was advised to switch them off as for about 8 hours. When switching them on again, only the tab was working. I called the call center again to query the pocket and was advised to go to a store. At the store was told to call the call center. Received my first statement and was shocked. I called the call center again on the 19/03/13 and again was advised to go to the store. The agent also mentioned that the the sim card registered on the network, the one in my tab was actually not a data sim card. How was I supposed to know this as I was assisted with the set up, and when should I expect my pocket to be registered. I want to be refunded for the monies paid as this is outrageous.
